In response to the growing demand for quality education and competitive learning in Puntland, the University of Bosaso (UOB) has become the preferred choice for many ambitious students pursuing undergraduate degrees. The university’s Main Campus in Bosaso has long been a top priority for students, particularly high school graduates from Bosaso and its surrounding areas. This increasing demand is largely attributed to the significant improvements in both the quality of education and the campus infrastructure.

To accommodate the rising enrollment numbers, which have exceeded the capacity of the Main Campus, the University of Bosaso has expanded by acquiring a world-class City Campus. The new facility ensures that the university can continue to offer its high standards of education in a modern setting. The grand opening of the UOB City Campus was marked by a special ceremony, attended by the Deputy Mayor of Bosaso, his councilors, and other prominent professionals from the city.
