University of Bosaso (UoB) conducts admissions twice a year in September and January.  Admissions are open for a limited time and the deadlines for each intake are published through media [electronic and print]. Once the deadline is reached, the admission is closed.

Application forms are available online at www.universityofbosaso.com at the Admission Office at University Campus in Bosaso. However, Candidates are advised to fill up the application forms clearly and enclose the following:

1. A photocopy of secondary certificate or its equivalent.
2. A photocopy of a receipt for payment for the application form.
3. Two recent passport size photographs enclosed in small envelope.
4. A photocopy of an identity card or other identification dcouments for verification.

An applicant may be admitted upon proving scholastic achievement, good character, and commits financial stability, intentions and interests in harmony with the University mission and vision. Admission is a privilege. The University reserves the final decision on matters of entrance, retention, and withdrawal.

A candidate for a degree program, diploma or certificate in any Faculty/ Department should comply with conditions and meet the selection set in the University’s admission policy.

Registered students in another higher education institution in the Republic or any recognized institution of learning who desire to be admitted to the University shall be subjected to evaluations satisfactory to the Admission committee.
